Would give -0 stars if possible! After 5 months these quit working, tried to return it to Walmart because this is where I purchased it. Spoke to 5 different people at Walmart customer service, got 5 different instructions for returning this camera system, after being jerked around for a month was told they only have a 90 day return policy (Even though they are supposed to be guaranteed for 12 months). So I was told to contact the manufacturer in CHINA, which I have already tried by email with no success! Bottom line is BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't count on Walmart to back up products they sell! And certainly don't waste your money on anything from TOGUARD!!!

If i could give zero stars, I would! The DVR stopped working a few months after we purchased. They told us to ship back and they would exchange it. We paid $40 to ship it back. They told us not to send cameras because they still worked. We received the DVR but without a hard drive. The companies response was I could purchase a new one from them because I should have removed it before sending it back. How would I know to remove if i didn't install it. I purchased one with a hard drive and thats what they should have sent back. The customer service is terrible. Please be careful.

main box was received and when I went to bring the ahd box out the bottom was wide open which left the connectors embedded in the original box that it was shipped in, this needs to be returned and a refund issued along with a refund for the protection plan
