Toilet Safety Frame Installation

Installer was very professional and cleaned up the area where he worked. He Mr. Brown gets a 5 Stars rating from us. He's definitely a great asset for Walmart

I paid extra for my dilator walker to be assembled after delivery. It only took the assembly gentleman came and within one hour I was using the walker!! He was very kind and professional and I am so glad I paid for someone to assemble the rotator!! 😊

The 1st guy flaked after calling to reschedule. I called Angi, and they were amazing scheduling me a new Handyman. They apologized that there would be a delay, but I had to be away for a day, so it worked. The new guy was Amazing, definitely 5 Stars himself, and i now have someone to call in my strange new town.

Ordered assembly service item did not need it. Walmart should've flagged that instead of charging also item does not come with owners manual. You need to Google to find out what info you need to fix problems. They should tell you it doesn't come with owner manual and call the service you end up talking to AI which is useless.

1 Day after delivery, an unscheduled couple came by to install (left saying that they needed to go get a tool- but never returned! Then we received a scheduled appointment for Thursday that never showed up! RESULTS: Grab Bar installation paid fir - but, NOT INSTALLED

I had ordered assembly for my scooter. I was scheduled for May 25, 2026 at 4:00. when no one showed up i called them and they didn't answer the phone or call me back. I called Walmart and was told they would credit me for the charge. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I have not recieved my credit.

Needed the item right away .the earliest time we could have it assembled was 3 days later. I ordered it and we wound up having to put it together ourselves. The cost of the assembly was almost as much as the item itself. I know better for next time

I was notified by email of an appointment today at an impossible time for installation of the shower grab bar. I immediately tried to call or email and it says "the site is temporarily unavailable". So you can't sell me a service and then make it impossible to schedule it. There is no way for me to contact anyone at Angi or Walmart about this. Bad!

it would have been nice to have been told of this service. I was never that I had an appointment. I was at work and received numerous calls from someone in Alabama, but no message left. Then I have someone calling regarding an appointment that I knew nothing about and I thought it was a scam and blocked the telephone number . I am having surgery in two weeks and would have to been notified of this help..

no one ever contacted me to set up a time to put the seat together. not sure if I'll be able to get my money I've already paid for back for that service.
