Got it earlier then expected but tracking information was not accurate. The unit itself was ready to use except putting the exhaust to the window which was super simple. We put it in the downstairs of our cabin and it worked great to keep it cool! Love that you don't even have to empty it. We actually bought two and so glad we did. Price was best I could find.

It does not cool well. It doesn't take the humidity out of the room. We are using it in a small.bedroom. It has to be blowing on you to stay cool. The light is bright. There is no way to turn it off except on the night setting, and it stops cooling on it.

it works fine, and cools well most of the time. there have been a couple of times that it seemed to be blowing warm, outside air. Turned off, and back on and was a little cooler. i wondered if it might just have been the temp outside being so hot. if it happens again, I might return, or exchange. Overall seems like a decent unit, for half the price of my previous one.

bought this when I had no AC, and it worked as described, but it was leaking the whole time until I found out that there were two drainage holes. So, if you plan on getting this unit, remember the double drainage. Other than that, 5 🌟

One of the wheels broken off makes loud noises and doesn't come with proper installs for the windows and no batteries for the controls for either unit

You have to unplug it every 6 hours the book says. I do not get 6 hours and it stops with red light on. Have to leave it unplugged 3 to 4 hours. Buy cheap get cheap. Harold

A regular ac unit that goes in the window is better then this. it pulls so much electricity to do the bare minimum at cooling down even a singular room dont bother purchasing

the casing on the unit leaks water everywhere constantly even with a drain hose attached. the water is coming from the bottom of the unit by the casing. got it turned it on and left for the day it destroyed my laminate floor. have to put in a washtup on blocks just to use, as noone will return it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

not received ,called and reported that the picture is not my house was told i would hear back but haven't

i turned it on and it was on for 10 minutes turned red and shut off than leaked water in my living room
