Hard to Beat a Tombow
Just love these markers! I have a couple of other themed groups of these and they are great for filling in and for adding lines. Water colors, illustrations, love love love these.

The ink flows well from the pen. But on card stock, it soaks up too much of a paper and makes a mess.

Nice if you need just light tint.
I love the different points on each end. perfect for my project, but the color is too light that comes out. Would be great if they were truly bold.
