This item is a complete package , I love that it has a thermos to keep water/milk, brush to wash bottles and pacifiers. Great product would recommend it.
Love this Tommee Tippee set! We needed some bigger sized bottles because our LO was starting to take 5/6 ounces at a time and most of what we had were the Dr. Browns 4 ounce bottles. I like that these have the anti-colic venting system similar to the Dr. Browns. We struggle with spit-up quite a bit and I feel the venting system really helps with that. They do have an extra piece compared to Dr. Browns but that piece is what makes them better in my opinion, it's the little star at the bottom of the tube, that piece stops liquid from going up into the tube while still allowing air to be vented to the bottom of the bottle. Dr. Browns would leak a lot from under the cap because of liquid getting into the tube during feeding. I haven't had any leaking from these Tommee Tippee bottles! My LO loves the pacifiers and they have a piece on them that actually glows in the dark! Didn't see that mentioned on the box so I was pleasantly surprised the first night using one. The cleaning brush is great and has a nipple cleaner that detaches from the brush handle. We mostly formula feed because my milk production is just not enough, the formula holders work great and they're small so not taking up a big space in our diaper bag. I haven't tested out the warm water themos yet but it is sturdy and seems well made. We're still using level 1 nipples but it's awesome it came with two level 2 nipples for when they are ready for a faster flow. Great set for the value! Definitely recommend, especially if you want something similar to Dr. Browns but with the more breast like shaped nipples. I've been hand washing them and drying in the bottle sterilizer and haven't had any issues with the measurements coming off like I saw on other reviews.
I love this brand, 3rd son and the choice is always the best. Thank you very much

I received the Tommee Tippee Advanced Anti-Colic Newborn feeding giftset in the mail and as soon as I opened it I could tell it was an amazing product. Every piece is of great quality. The anti-colic bottles are so much better than any other bottles like them. They never leak which was a huge problem with all the others we have tried. The straw piece that goes down into the bottles to keep the air out doubles as a heat sensor and turns colors if the liquid is too hot. The set also comes with a portable bottle warmer that I personally use as a thermos and to warm baby food on the go as well. I love that the bottles come with attachable handles so my little one can hold his bottle himself. It comes with a bottle brush and two pacifiers which are my personal favorite. My son will refuse Every other pacifier on planet earth, except the Tommee Tippee pacifiers. I had given up hope as well as quite a bit of money experimenting with different pacifiers and as soon as he tried these ones he loved them. I think it's the shape, they are easiest for him to hold onto while sucking. So glad I picked this gift set and I would absolutely recommend this product to any new mother! You won't be disappointed. This set is a good value for the price. I like that it comes with both size bottles and 3 sizes of nipples. I really like that it comes with 2 pacifiers. We have gone through 4 different pacifiers and he loves these! I ordered more pacifiers right away. My only complaint with this set is the bottle warmer. It is too big to fit in cup holders in the car and I’d much prefer a bottle warmer that plugs into the cigarette lighter adapter. The bottle brush is also nice, I like that it comes in half so we can travel with it if needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
There's nothing better than getting a complete set of Tommee Tippee products to start your baby off to a good start. The advanced anti-colic bottles helped reduce my baby's gas and spit-up. It is worth having a peace of mind when you have a calm baby and the unique venting system helps provide that. I love that I have everything I’ll need for my baby as they grow with this set! This is such an amazing set…bottles are very well built, my baby girl loves then so much…waaaaay better than Dr. Brown's. They do stop baby from sucking air, which causes gas! Easy to use, just make sure all parts are snapped in properly, and you're ready to go! This is worth every penny for what you're getting loaded with convenience, only wished they had 4 of the larger bottles instead of 2…but I get it 2 small and 2 large still not a deal breaker. Worth it…get it won't regret it!
This starter set comes with a handful of different products, which I will review individually. Overall, I think the combination is a nice collection, some of the items are things that I wouldn't have thought to purchase individually but have been handy to have around. Bottles-rating 4/5 These bottles have been GREAT for reducing the frequency and amount of spit-up I see from my 3-month old daughter. There are a LOT of parts to each individual bottle: There's the bottle, a nipple, a ring, a round plastic air vent, a blue air tube, and a silicone star-shaped cap for the tube. I have a dishwasher, so I just throw all the parts into a bottle basket and run a sanitizing cycle each night, BUT if I were solely handwashing, I could see why this would be a pain to clean. The bottles do take some getting used to as far as what angle to hold them at. I find that I have to hold them at a larger angle than other bottles in order to the milk to fill the nipple. Another nice feature of these bottles is the temperature gauge on the blue tube. The line turns pink if the milk is too hot. My daughter drinks room temperature or cold milk, so I don't really use this feature, but I can see that it works because it does turn pink when I wash it in hot or warm water. I REALLY like the silicone cap for the air tube. This prevents the milk from getting into the air tube while still allowing the venting system to work properly. The small bottles hold 5 oz and the large bottles hold 9 oz. This allows for you to put 4 oz/8oz of water in the bottles and add the powdered formula in the bottle, for a total of about 4.5oz/8.5oz. Because of the silicone cap, you can prepare the water and powder directly in the bottle and shake to combine without worrying that the formula will get into the air vents. Nipples-rating 5/5 I want to mention the nipples separately from the bottles. The nipples are fine and actually very easy to attach to the rings. HOWEVER, there is some confusion about what is included in the box. The box indicates that the two smaller bottles come with "extra slow flow nipples" while the three larger bottles with "slow flow nipples." (There are also two additional "medium flow" nipples included as well.) However, the nipples on the smaller and larger bottles are EXACTLY THE SAME "slow flow nipples". All five nipples are marked size 1 on the nipple. The medium flow nipples are marked size 2. When my daughter was a newborn, she needed extra-slow flow nipples, so I would have been extremely disappointed to find that these were actually just regular slow flow nipples. Now that she's older, the slow flows are fine and it's nice to have a few extras around. I did not detract a point from my rating for this, though, since it's really a labeling issue and not an issue with the actual product. Bottle and Nipple Brush-3/5 The brush works nicely. Note that the bottles also come with small nipple brushes so that you can clean the tubing. The large bottle brush comes apart, revealing a nipple "brush" (there are no bristles, just slanted grooves) inside the larger brush. It is extremely difficult to take the brush apart, such that I find myself washing the nipples with my fingers rather than deal with taking the brush apart. Milk Powder Dispensers-3/5 These dispensers are good for a very specific purpose-transporting one single serving of two scoops of formula. Honestly, once my daughter graduates to three scoops they really won't be that helpful. Also, they are surprisingly confusing to assemble. There are three parts-the container, the rim, and the top. The rim and top are designed to be used with the top facing out, but they come in the box with the rim down. The powder does pour out nicely with minimal shaking needed. Pacifiers-4/5 On the one hand, these are great pacifiers. My daughter seems to like them and they stay in her mouth well. On the other hand, they are clear plastic which makes them impossible to find. They really blend in with her sheets, clothing, blankets, surfaces, basically anywhere they land. We are constantly going on the "where's your pacifier" hunt and the clear plastic coloring makes this all the more difficult. Removable bottle handle and bottle warmer-N/A I'm not giving any rating to these items, as I don't really use them. Regarding the bottle warmer, my baby thankfully drinks cold or room temperature milk and I don't want to get her into a habit of only drinking warmed food if I can avoid it. That being said, I did open and test the warmer. It essentially works like a large thermos. You fill the thermos with hot water, and when you are ready to warm the bottle, you place the hot water lid of the thermos and place the bottle inside the water. The bottle handles are something I'm actually really looking forward to being able to use, but my baby is too little to start holding things now. I think it will be a great item to aid in the transition from bottle to sippy cup when she's ready. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I haven't used this bottle set before. I have 3 kids and this would be my first time using this bottle brand. So far, the packaging was great. Everything came as shown in the picture. The nipples to the bottle seem more realistic to real nipples (can be helpful to moms that are breast feeding). So far, I look forward to using this set with my new baby!
