Tom's of Maine Original Care Natural Deodorant Unscented

I have used this deodorant for years. It feels good on, is not sticky. I use the unscented form.

We've used this deodorant for years because it doesn't have any aluminum or fragrance in it. It does the trick; at least no one sitting near us has complained or moved away . It's not easy to find in local stores anymore and we find it convenient to order from Jet.com. Fast turnaround time on orders and free shipping make me return to this source every few weeks for this and other products I use regularly.

I have a teen age daughter who had tried everything nothing worked for her either the deodorant stopped working or didnt really help her at all so i read up on Tom`s and I decided to have her try it after about a week she said she liked it and that the tom`s worked on her so now i get it all the time for her

I started using Toms Natural Deodorant about 35 years ago during a time I was working in a job that required sitting very near co-workers. Regular deodorants seemed to mutate and I always smelled like some sort of insecticide. I switched to Toms out of desperation and have been using it ever since. It's now readily available as I used to only find it in health food stores. I'm checking out the Toms site for toothpaste now. Probably should have switched years ago so we'll see how it goes. I've been using this deodorant for years. It works well for me, applies easily, isn't sticky, and doesn't stain my clothes. Plus I don't have to wonder what toxins are being absorbed through my skin.

It glides on effortlessly and feels amazing. It doesnt leave marks on clothes so you dont have to worry about that. It has a great PH control.Plus , its Animal Freeee.

I love how it makes my underarm skin feel. The product has no odor until it hits my skin, then, it immediately gets real stinky. Like a wet dog. But, in 15 minutes the odor is gone! Then, I smell fine! The pluses outweigh the few minutes of smell. I've already bought more!

I used to use Tom's unscented deodorant for years until it started giving me a terrible red rash in my arm pits. I discontinued using it and it went away. I went back to my old fav. (not as easy to use because you have to wet it to put it on, but effective) a deordant crystle. I have no problems now. My husband still used Tom's and has had no problems. I have to say Tom's did stop odor and did not clog my pores.

I am in the fitness industry and that makes switching to a natural deodorant a challenge! I decided to try this on a day off when I didn't workout, but was just at home. First off, the concave shape of the deo was not user friendly. I realize over time it will be rounded the other way and will feel fine but it actually hurt when I applied it. Secondly, once it was on it felt slick and coated in my armpits. I hoped it would dissipate as it dried down. No such luck. I had this weird warm moist sensation in my armpits when I wasn't even sweating. It never went away so after a few hours I decided to wash it off! When I did, I noticed a slight odor beginning. Well, if sitting at my desk in December for 2 hours did that and it was physically odd feeling there is no way this would hold up for me for a day at work! I will try some other natural deodorants but the reviews will need to be impeccable! Save your money on this one.
