My daughter loves these skates. They are comfortable and she loves the look of them. I love that they can grow with her so I don't need to buy new ones each time her feet grow. They are made well and are good quality for the money.

The skates arrived in a torn box , already opened and obviously was a return item and not new. Will be returning

absolutely zero reason for me to receive USED skates, quit disgusting honestly. There was no point in even getting the warranty cause that was no help either. I do not recommend.

I ordered a xs becasue my daughter has smaller feet and they extend. Don't order this size its for infants to toddler, not toddler to 4-5 as expected. They run real small returning to walmart and hopefully i can find an xl lol.

My order was sent to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they said a replacement would be sent to me by Nov 30 that did not happen. You guys are terrible.
