Lovely blend
This product is part alcohol, however the strength is wonderful. It is a lovely blend of peppermint and spearmint. I keep a few bottles around. I use this in my own home made insect repellent, and I also use it as a breath freshener. I keep a bottle on the nightstand for breath freshening. It is very strong, I would not recommend drinking it. But a nice ( very )small dip with a swab, and then a swish with water will definitely freshen your breath up. If your using in recipes I highly suggest a bit of tasting, as this is quite strong and you may wish to use less.

peppermint and spearmint NOT pure mint
I now see that they have added more pictures of this product and include the ingredients (which I did not see at the time of purchase). this is not pure mint (which is what I was looking for) It is a Combination on peppermint and spearmint NOT pure mint--had I known this, I would not have purchased. But I can still make use of in other baking recipes.
