I'm 71. Every year I get a free Medicare Wellness visit and a complete blood work is included. I only take one capsule a day because all I have is SS, but I'm always past the max on testosterone. (I didn't used to be) I also use the Horny Goat Weed as a booster when the occasion arises. . . I highly approve of both products.

Tongkat Ali has my full confidence. My primary question is whether I can successfully beat this loss of muscle mass that I've noticed in the last ten years. Great product work for me and my spouse

I've been using this tongkat for about 2 months now, I started a bulk around the same time and so far it's been the best bulk I've had so far in terms of muscle:fat gained per week. I don't have the bloodtests, but can attest that I get the "low estrogen" headaches after using the supplement so it should be working as intended.

Been taking it for several weeks.Definitely can't tell any side affects.Seems to be helping my fitness.Honestly,it's hard to tell if I'm at a better place than if I would not be taking it,and it's hard to measure the two,but I have not experienced side affects that I can tell.So if you want to give Tongkat a try,go for it.No crazy changes in energy/vitality,but I am a young,extremely healthy individual already.Not an essential,but MIGHT give an extra 2%,which could be worth it.

So far a daily dose (1 tab) has had no negative side effects, and subjectively can say my exercise and training regime increase is going well. I'm 56, so, any natural, clean and safe enhancement to energy levels seems beneficial. At this point, I will consider reordering yes. Thank you for providing this unique plant-based product.

Only take half a serving(one capsule) every morning and I find myself unable to be around attractive women for long as I start to go into mild convulsions due to overwhelming sense of lust akin to a dog in heat. Highly recommended.

After taking this for about a month and a half I can confidently say that I have noticed improvements in stamina and my energy levels. Very pleased with the product.
