Did not work
Set up was easy once you download the app but even after charging for 7 hours, the box would not work when I took it off the charger. I tried all of the Support suggestions and did a reset on it, but it would only work on the charger. I returned and ordered another one. Hopefully it will not have the same issues.

We love our Toni box. I got it for our three year-old who was transitioning into a big boy bed. It helps him wind down and relax before going to bed.

Overall worth it
There was some complications charging it but the Tonie Customer service responded fast and sent a new one. A bit of a learning curve, but after that it works great and my son loves it. The characters are kinda expensive but there's a lot of content.

the box has short in it.
We have another one and it works fine this one has a short in it. It's not the wire it's the box itself. I threw away the packaging or I would've returned it for a replacement.
