I bought a lot of heavy duty kitchen shears all over the world, most of the are garbages except the one I got 30 years ago that was made in Germany . Its beautiful shinny stainless steel not that heavy body makes my eyes light up. I was really surprised of its easily handle with my weak fingers and its sharpness cut through a whole chicken.
