A kitchen table staple..
I've been using this on my chicken lately. Also goes good with pork recipes, I like to just dice up chicken, throw in mushrooms, onions, peppers, and season it up in a pan on my stove. I've been trying so many different things from so many different places, and this one beat them all no problem. Great flavor, little bit of a kick, but it really is more than just a touch of heat, there is so much more flavor...

If you ever bought Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning in the 80'dsor 90's, this is what it was. They've toned down the heat on the basic product these days, but “Bold” is what the original product was like.
