We've tried countless frozen pizzas and Tony's is my all time favorite because the crust gets super crisp. With other pizzas, I end up overbaking and burning the top just trying to get the bottom crispy--it's an issue. The cheese is ample, and the pizzas with toppings are plentiful. There's a reason this one is often sold out.
I'm a connoisseur of cheap frozen pizza . For a few decades I considered Tony's the worst of all the major brands of frozen pizza. Jack's has been my go-to brand for quite awhile. Jack's used to be pretty bad, too, until Kraft bought them a long time ago and improved it. One day Walmart substituted Tony's for Jack's. I'm glad they did. Tony's is 100 times better than it used to be. Goes to show you, you can teach an old pizza new tricks.
we love this pizza.i buy the cheese one and then put my own toppings on it. I also cook it on 500 for 7 to 10 mins and it comes out perfect every time. The crust is nice and crispy and every is cooked perfect. plus this pizza is a great value especially for the taste of it.
Better flavor and better price than Tombstone pizza! This is my go to frozen pizza. I can dress it up with additional toppings if I want to and add extra cheese if I want to or I can just enjoy this delicious product as is. I highly recommend all varieties of Tony's pizza.
Favorite brand for frozen pizza 🍕 It's cheaper than other brands and tastes great 👍 I crust is soft, but crunchy around the edges 😋 The sauce is nice and not basil-ly like some other brands. The size is perfect 👌 I can eat the whole pizza, and I'm full for the rest of the day. I get heartburn sometimes, but not regularly. With the cheese pizza, you can add your own toppings or just eat it plain. I've done both.
Tony's pizza is one of my kiddos favorite. Everyone in the family likes it. The sauce has a good flavor, not spicy and not overly sweet. And we are very much a pizza, eating family, and have tried just about every cheese pizza under the sun. Great value for the price. Crust is thick enough but not overly doughy. Our family eats 4-10 of these a month.
I am a so called connoisseur when it comes to pizza, especially frozen pizza, and this is genuinely one of the best on the market. What I love to do is buy this as a base and add toppings to it because I don't eat pork (and most meats on pizza somewhat involve it so I can have alternatives) and this pizza is great plain or as a base. Obviously it's no take out pizza but it's tolerable and good and I find a lot of frozen pizzas even lack getting up to an okay tier. Def better to add to but not bad by itself, def try if you're tired of lackluster frozen pizzas!
The taste of the pizza is fine, for a frozen pizza, the only thing my family disliked about this pizza, was the fact it didn't come packaged with a stiff cardboard round to support the unbaked pizza. The pizza had a wonky shape with a hump on one side where the pullers or the delivery person sat the box on its side. frozen pizzas with a cardboard round keeps this from happening.
for a normal person this is good cheap pizza, taste pretty good, we add extra seasoning, usually has enough cheese to satisfy us. yhe crust is a hit or miss, sometimes its not created equally.... taste good or like cardboard, and when that happens u can literally separate the crust apart ( it will peel in half) and the very bottom with come off in one sheet then its good to eat! reheat on stovetop with just a tbsp if water or more if u want it softer
Unfortunately this low-budget frozen pizza fails in almost every way possible (including being impossible to cook thoroughly without burning the crust - its not a "wood -fired oven" pizza lol. You get what you pay for (which in 2026 means you get about half of what you pay for. Also save yourself the torture and do NOT try to re-heat leftovers (even if they werent allowed to sit out for more than 30 minutes) - its nasty and "gummy".
