Larger wheels install easily and work well for moving walker over bumps (like threshold between rooms or on/off rugs; I have not tried it outside yet) -- I'm very pleased, with this and my seat attachment no need for Rollator now! HOWEVER for shorter folks who have walker set to its lowest height, be aware this will make the wheeled side a little higher off the ground. This was not noticeable for me as I use the walker more for balance than for weight-bearing, but my short mother-in-law who uses her walker for weight-bearing and also has shoulder and wrist issues didn't like it due to increased height forcing her shoulder to be at a slightly different angle and increased weight harder to push (at least, those were her reasons cited for not wanting it; could be excuses not to use a new thing, but I do agree it makes shortest walker setting a bit taller and is perceptibly heavier to lift than the original tiny smooth wheels).

PRO: Huge improvement for overcoming sidewalk cracks, rocks rough uneven terrain and off-roading. MORE STABILITY. PRO: Additional glide covers for rear ski attachments are inexpensive and can be ordered easily from the manufacturer website. Covers are great for indoor use and easy to put on and remove. (Don't use covers outdoors. While they're well made they will wear out quickly on rough terrain.) PRO TIP: I prefer the wheels to be turned inside the frame vs being outside. This makes for a smaller width going thru doorways. CON: Walker is a little heavier and more awkward for folding and loading in vehicles. CON: Ski feet can emit scraping noise when not covered with pads. Definitely want pads on when inside. OVERALL: DEFINITELY WORTH HAVING. MUCH BETTER THAN ORIGINAL SMALL WHEELS.

The wheels were no problem to install, but the runners did not fit in the diameter of the pipe. All in all, it was a good purchase. It afforded ease of use, especially on uneven surfaces. Good choice!

My husband loves the "beefy" look the wheels give the walker and the fact it was so easy to transform. The physical therapist was very impressed and intends to recommend to some of her other patients.

These wheels look great every time I go somewhere I get a compliment about there good looks the only thing I was disappointed about them they don't roll good in gravel

There was nothing wrong with the item I received. However, the wheels were a bit larger than expected and the tread was great to have. Unfortunately, they were just too heavy for me. It was hard to lift my walker. If you're an older person or buying for an older person, jeep the weight in mind.
