Top Loading Water Cooler Dispenser Countertop fail
It never cooled the water. I guess it heated it okay. We did run it with the cold water switch on. The warm, cold and Hot water lights indicating temperature or heating/cooling worked but actually cooling did not. Water from it initially had a STRONG plastic taste. That eventually went away. If you just want room temperature water, it will work. You will have to flush it out a lot for the first few days.
