Could be much much better!
Video chat freezes when used more than a couple of minutes. Customer service is weak. App is not as user friendly as it should be. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone who understands what you are saying. No real way to get answers or solutions to our questions. Once you add information in the app, it doesn't let you edit or add. It would be a great watch to have if they'd fix all that.

Bad Buy
Couldn't get it to work after multiple attempts and didn't come with a SIM card. Highly recommend not to buy
