If you have an older home be aware of what you will need to do to install this item. In an older home (1952 construction) you may run into the issues I had with installation. This plug is almost twice as deep as a normal plug. 1. Outlet boxes are not as deep as they are now. You will need to replace the outlet boxes. Cutting a hole in the wall big enough to remove the old box and install the new box. 2. Older wires are thicker and harder to bend and attach to the ground post. The plug has the push in and tighten for the power wires but the ground post is wrap around and tighten. 3. Dry wall repair after the new box is installed, wall paper and painting to cover the repair. Not a simple “plug and play” in some homes. Once in the wall the plug works as designed. Very confident to recharge all the kitchen cordless items and keep the iPad and phones powered while using recipe apps.

Relatively easy to install. The ground wire requires a loop while the hot wires can be inserted straight and clamped down. The direct usb and usb-c are very convenient.

This 2 port USB outlet looks clean and installs easily. It's convenient to have both a regular 15A receptacle and built- in USB Type C ports in one unit, which helps reduce the need for extra adapters. However, the USB charging speed is very slow. It works, but it takes much longer to charge phones and devices compared to a regular fast charger. If you're expecting quick charging, this will probably disappoint you.

One of these worked and the other did not work as far as the c amp and the usb hook up did not work but the 120 amp plugins did work. But when u pay for both u expect them both to work.
