one thing about me I am very skeptical when it comes to medicine and I've actually seen reviews on tiktok but I didn't trust buying anything off of there so I decided to order these pills off of Walmart because I trust that they check and make sure the product that they're selling is legit. I am very pleased with this product I've actually lost weight my face is slimmer the affects that they said it was going to do it did because I am on my second bottle and trust me if it wasn't effective I would put it on here I understand that people value your opinion and they want honest opinion in my opinion is if you spend your money you will be happy with the results

I really didn't know I needed magnesium in my life like I do, but I have felt tremendously better since I started using this and I also use an evening one because I sure wish that I could get all three of the major magnesiums in one complex I am purchasing a separate threonate product for sleep. So I believe it should have vitamin A in it for absorption, which is not an expensive product so why not ? I do feel that I spend a lot of money on supplements, and I would like to spend less money on supplements, and it would be great if I could actually get a great all-in-one product which this comes close to . Overall, I really love this, and I will continue to use it because it has made a huge difference in my digestion and my gut and just in general.

I started taking magnesium about 2 years ago I have read a report that it would turn gray hair dark again or keep it from being Gray so I started taking it. so if anybody wants to keep their turn their gray hair dark I would turn tell him to turn around and take magnesium

I'm putting my faith into this supplement. So far, no bad side effects. The label suggests 2 capsules per day. I'm starting it slowly at 1 capsule per day. Check with your physician first before taking anyone's word on it.

Did Absolutely nothing for me! I feel like I got a bunch of horse size capsules that were hard to take and filled with some white powdered substance that could have been sugar for all i know. Needless to say, I really want a refund. i feel like i wasted my money and time taking these just to find out they did not help at all.

Product description said 1000 mg per serving. Mo where in description does it say 2 per serving? A little misleading.
