Great value for the money, the only issue is reverse it has no power it can only work if it's on a smooth surface, no bumps, cracks or hills. This was for mother who is 5ft tall 120lbs and couldn't reverse over a sidewalk bump. Mode 1 is perfect to learn on, mode two is pretty quick, if you use mode three it is very fast and can easily flip over. Great for elderly just do not allow them to use mode 3, and it is best if they pretend it does not have reverse otherwise they will get stuck. It is very light weight which we love, easy to lift into the car. It does fold up for storage but the spring is very strong and do not recommend elderly u folding it by themselves. Make sure it is powered off when getting on and off as the throttle is on the handle and can easily take off. Totally worth the money! It's small and compact!

Love the scooter but every since I got it brand new it will not even go up my handicap ramp and tge motor gets hot and shuts down and I have reached out to topmate and even sent them videos of what it is doing and I have not received anything back from them. The customer service could be a lot better. So I have a brand new scooter that I can not use.

The scooter came broke! A plug that fits into another part is bent and will not plug in. Never worked! I reached out to seller for return and never heard from them! I can't believe Walmart has these items for sale. I better get my money back!
