Delivery and condition of the scooter were excellent. No major tears or dents on the package. The assembly was a bit complicated due to incorrect assembly at the factory. When I attached the steering accessories and brake lever handle, I immediately realized that the accelerator and brake attachments were incorrectly attached to the handlebars. The handlebars were pointed backward. Meaning that if I attached the components as directed in the attached manual, I would have to be sitting backward to steer. Had the cables not been preassembled and attached to each accessory, I would have had a simpler assembly. I reversed the cables, brake handle, speedometer, and ignition.
The light and horn unit was faulty. The slip-on rail groove on the body of the unit did not have the "V"- shaped groove required to attach it to the handlebar clip provided. I designed a new V-grove and plan to 3D-print another copy to make it less obvious that I had to hand-carve the current groove.
Operating and driving are straightforward tasks. If you have a balance disability or a big tush, you will need a better seating saddle. It's not a 4-wheel scooter, so balancing the three wheels is a bit tricky but not impossible. I have a slight vertigo issue, and I was able to adjust quickly. This scooter is like a new pair of shoes; you have to walk a bit, and the fit settles in quickly.
Overall, it's a great budget-friendly scooter. Well-made, high-quality frame material and stylishly designed.
