Go this as a spare for my dad when he comes to visit and it's been great! Lightweight and compact, easy to transport. My mom was considering getting another one for herself. Also great for theme parks
Looks and rides like a much more expensive scooter. it was delivered today and one of the mud guards was cracked but I'm sure that can be replaced fairly easily.
This topmate e 35 has absolutely changed my life. It is one thee best purchases i have made in a long time.

it can actually reach 23 miles an hour. well stable and balanced .may end up needing to buy an additional baterry to.prolonge your ride
I need to return this scooter because my mom can't lift her leg high enough to get on the scooter. Emailed the company 2 times and still have not heard anything from them.
We bought two, the reviews and YouTube reviews were so consistently great. We got them together a few days ago, and my guess is that whoever assembled one was having a bad day. It was almost impossible to fold and open; we found that the two spring loaded bolts were way to tight. Unfortunately, the battery falls out all the time; we couldn't figure that one out so sent a message to their Customer Service three days ago. No response. I guess she was right, we should return it for poor customer service and who knows what else was probably purposely screwed up.
Assembly was easy and operated smoothly but unfortunately it does not work good on slant sidewalks or turns. If you drive it on sidewalks that are slanted the scooter leans towards that direction and you are pulled into that way causing you to lose balance and fall or hit an obstacle. I do not recommend this for anyone who has mobility issues.
