Combine it
Tops parrot pellets looks like a better option to supplement our birds health options. Started out with a small amount and he did what birds usually do, crack it up dropping much of it. It seems more interesting to him if combined with other foods like cucumber and bell peppers. I would've preferred if there were no rice in it but since most others like this have rice at the beginning of the list, this seemed like the better option. There must be a reason why the phrase “eating like a bird” exists, he crunches and mashes his food so much it's difficult to know exactly how much of it is actually eaten, dropped or played with (he's not avoiding it so because it smells healthy I add in a little to his other food, hopefully it helps him).
