Everything is very well built. Nice heavy duty build. The hedger is heavy duty, extremely sharp and long enough to make some big passes when needed. Pole saw attachment has a 12inch bar with tool-less tensioner. Only complaint is the actual trimmer head seems to be very cheap plastic but that's not a big issue since most of us swap out for the style we prefer anyway. 10/10 would buy again. Contractor grade without the contractor price.

Good quality item…but damaged packing,,,damaging engine cover All hardware looks solid, even has grease fittings on geared areas..

the extension poles will not attach to yhe main pole. they are supposed to catch on a hole but the pole's holes are set too far back that it will not catch and hold in place. they fall right out. Instructions are HORRIBLE and I am pretty mechanically inclined. this is not my first weedeater. super disappointed. I will have to get a drill bit to see if i can make that hole slightly larger so the pin will actually catch it and hold it in place.

Received this item yesterday, it was missing two pieces , and when my husband tried to crank it, the string came out. I do not recommend

Package was damaged which inside the motor was cracked and insides was missing. Package needs to be improved .

could not use it because the main shaft was bent and all the other shafts were damaged and the motor had a hole in the side of it
