they are easy to set up and works on ur phone I only use it in my phone I have a tablet for that purpose and I get alerts if my car walks up so yeah I recommend this to everyone

This does not have a hard drive. And I have been finding it very impossible to find what kind of an external hard Drive would work for it. So you don't constantly have the thing popping up. Telling you that it's not recording which kind of defeats the purpose

Unfortunately, I'm not as happy with these as I would like to have been wireless without having to have cords to plug them in for the power port would've been great because when you're trying to do low-key kind of stuff, the cords are rather obvious number one number two the issue is with the recording situation like it's been very difficult to even get this whole system set up and to run practically and perform properly. It's not doing that. It's not monitoring it half the stuff it'll say motion or no it's his person detected. It's not a person it's motion so it's very inaccurate as far as what it's saying if I wanted to detect people I wanted to be able to distinguish between animal people a leaf a fly you know it's just it's ridiculous how it goes off so constant and it's usually nothing but now when there is an issue, it's not always going off when it should and it's it's like on a delayed motion. I don't know what the problem is, but I'm not happy with it. The alerts come in so often for you know this person detected person, detective person detected, and I'll look on my camera not a darn thing in the camera whatsoever on that screen that I could see that we made it go off, except for me a fly or a leaf blowing so it needs to be literally upgraded, but it's not also recording correctly and my monitor wants to blink out on me when it comes to my phone. It doesn't show me anything on there so it could be going off and I can't see nothing on the screen because it says nothing is being recorded so I don't know what's going on with the system, but it's getting really irritating.

product itself is great. but! to much room for error for a novice. you have to buy a separate sata hard drive for it to have memory (full functionality). it is easy to install really. anyone who doesn't have/ know how sensitive they can be. will most probably have a problem. as the hard drives are sensitive to static shock and magnetic tools. as good of a product it is . it truly makes no sense to not sell it with the hard drive. so customers are not making mistakes having to install themselves. i would recommend it to someone. with a warning that you will have to buy the extra that others have already in them. i also had to install a cooling fan to ensure it didn't over heat. so over great product if the customer doesn't mind having to learn how to install the extras

this product is defective can not remove " no recording storage available " notice from screen called help line 1 888 965 5888 was told they would have answear within 48 hours and contact me . Did not happen till have not heard from them 4days later. Will have to return product for refund only want these to be able to view died spots on property not for recording purpose. Also paid for 3 year warranty will Ibe able to get a refund on that ?

I received the system an cameras but when everything was plugged up an cameras all set up an stuff it would not turn on it would not show any light to the box was on at all.

It's supposed to be wireless, but they're not working without the wire. I don't understand why y'all sent cameras with wires were not ordered wireless.

There is no hard drive you have to buy extra it says different on the listing so I call there customer service number and the guy said they got a ton of calls for this unit and they don’t own it somebody just put there number instead feels like a rip off to me will be sending back

I returned this item on 12/01/23 and supposedly credit issued from store %23 3482 and this refund failed to show up on my credit card statement. You don’t expect my credit card company (bank) to show the $97.41 from somewhere. Somebody pocketed this money who is in store %233482 because it never made it to my bank. Whatever it takes I am going my money refunded.

the camera s came in . tried to hook up very simple and ez only problem was the box was defected. so that said had to return. followed instructions on site and email with bar code to walmart the store could not process the return due to no shipping lable on box..but i never got a shipping label..contacted walmart and opted to return fed ex. as of yet i am waiting for the lable. in short it has been a hassel.
