Lock was a little difficult in figuring out the language in the instructions. Trying to combine the pictures and the instructions was somewhat of a quandry at times. finally figured out what they were saying and that made it much easier to install.

It's faulty. It doesn't lock properly. I could be misunderstanding how to use it, but it's more trouble than it's worth.

Set-up instructions are virtually non-existent. I had to go online and find a video to show me how to set up fingerprint and passcodes. then I had to figure out how to program my lock cards. I still have not been able to operate remote Wi-Fi lock and unlock. I can say the lock is sturdy and well made. I may have to return it if I can't get Wi-Fi setup because that's the main reason I bought the thing.

Very easy to install. I've contacted the company 3 times for help with setting it up because there were no directions and the app was useless. No response. Do NOT buy this. We have to use a key anyway now.

The instructions are terrible. I literally had to go on to YouTube to find anything to help me. There's nothing on YouTube except for older models, which got me halfway through. I end up calling the company, and they had no one to help me put it together. They said I could send a video via email and maybe someone would get back to me in a day or 2. This makes no sense.This is my second return of this item.Please do not purchase it

I ordered this, it doesn't even work on the app I have been trying to connect it to the app

Really hard to figure out wasnt sure if it was broken or what but wouldnt lock and unlock. codes are insane to program. i am good with electronics
