Sooo Convenient %26 Easily Installed!

Lock NOT working with wi-fi
Product photos shows that this smart lock works with a phone app and this is completly wrong. Finger print reader not always recognize the users

Keyless entry doesn't work
Installed the lock with no issue. However, we're unable to use the lock on our door because it doesn't retain the code or fingerprint. Requires the use the key which defeats the purpose of the keyless entry option. Lower quality plastic as well. I would not recommend.

mis leading information
image says it can connect with phone, but i orderd it and installed it. when i looked at the book for setup on phone. there is no instructions on it. so i think it cannot connect with phone. and images are mis leading. i spent so much time installing the lock and turns out it doesnt have phone feature, and i wasted hour installing it.

Too complicated to set up the knot turn the worng direttion when try to lock the door .
