App is excellent! The app is easy to use and has many useful features. What I like most is the function of cloud storage, but it needs to pay an additional fee, which is a piece of cake for me. I have 3 wireless cameras and they all work fine. Video, alarms, lights and sound, great quality day and night. Excellent product, would recommend to anyone looking for a wireless camera at an affordable price.

didn't like it cause of it wouldn't connect to the internet i have connected 5 security cameras my internet that I have gotten through Walmart but this one well not connect after 15 attempts so I am going to return it and get another like i gotten from Walmart, cause I know that its works

The camera doesn't record either with the 64gb card bought separately or the cloud service. It also doesn't send alerts that there's movement in the camera view. The only thing it is good for is to watch a Livestream but when you leave the app screen the video will go to sleep.

It's supposed to have a 3-6 month battery but after 4 days it's down to 40%. Not that impressive. I wouldn't buy again in fact just stay away from anything by Topvision

It does not work . I have called customer service and its not the number on the paper . That company says they receive a lot of calls from people . I e mailed to be contacted from the address on the paper and have not heard back since Tuesday. I would like to return the item and be refunded for the money I spent on both the item and the protection plan .

You have to either buy SD cards for all of them OR buy cloud storage for a limited time at the same price. For EACH camera. And then when I got an SD card, it didn’t even work. Now it won’t record anything and won’t show any pictures of anything it takes photos/videos of. Save your money and get a better camera.

The camera is cheap and you will think it’s worth it, but it’s not. The battery only lasts for 3 days so you need to recharge it very often which becomes too much work. I connected a power bank and the camera lasted for 2 weeks but I still ended up forgetting about it. Another thing is that the maximum recording time is 15 seconds per event (movement detection) which isn’t enough. The movement detection on highest sensitivity couldn’t reach far enough to the parking lot (~70 feet) where I needed it for my car. I returned the product and hoping to get a refund.

I bought two camaras we figure out the two right, the first stop working the same day. The another one work for like a week then stop working to, i will try the charged and never turn on again, so cheap waist time and money,because i have to pay for installation, and they not gone refund me that money

well first for the longest time I've been trying to put in five pictures or whatever in the pictures won't go through but this says it has a 3 to 6 month charge it lasts about a week or two it's staticky voice it doesn't take good pictures I want to return this I'm not sure if I can you're not showing me what date I can return it
