BUT NOW  I MAKE HEALTHY PINA COLADAS. 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE CHUNKS 1/4 CUP TORANI SF COCONUT SYRUP  2/3CUP WATER , 1/2 LIQUID PASTURIZED EGG WHITES,     (THIS PROTEIN WILL STOP THE SUGAR FROM THE PINEAPPLE FROM SPIKING YOUR BLOOD SUGAR) AND ICE. BLEND IT IN MY NUTRIBULLET ADD STEVIA IF YOU LIKE IT SWEETER.
