this seller was awesome. prompt service, packaged well, inserted directions and on time. Gave current updates every step of the way. Would purchase from the seller again.

Good product ruined by terrible 13-day shipping!!
The Torch Paste itself works fine, but the customer experience was incredibly frustrating. It took a full 13 days for this item to arrive. In today's market, waiting nearly two weeks for a standard shipment is unacceptable. I am not a happy camper with this level of service. If you need this product for a timely project, look elsewhere or look for a different seller. The product is good, but the shipping logistics need serious improvement.
