I have these lights hanging outside over my patio. They are very bright but not overly bright like spotlights and are perfect for lighting up the backyard for parties. We keep them up all year long during rainstorms, hot weather, and snowstorms and they still work like the day I bought them. Highly recommend!
They are much brighter than I thought they would be. At night, it is brighter than daytime under our carport now.

The lights were easy to install and they're very bright. I was sorry I hadn't read the specs because the lights don't have hand control so you have to used a extension cord and plug it in. Otherwise the light set is okay.
I ordered 1 string to see how they would work. They are just the right brightness. Some of the bulbs have glue on them, so I would have given it a "4 star". I ordered a second string, most of the bulbs have glue on the glass, and the sockets are mis-shapped so that the bulbs do not fit properly. For $65 per string, there is NO QUALITY CONTROL. The second string I would give "0 stars".
