This is a great floor jack for the price. Easy to use and effective. Only issue was there were no directions how to put it together unitially. But once I figured it out, it worked great.

i got this product and notice it was missing the handle. i contacted them via Walmart and the system informed me that i should expect an answer within 48 hours. i waited 3 days and had to contact them again because i received no answer and finally someone answered me via email. i was informed to send photos of the product and the box. i then got an email saying that a customer service manager will take care of my case. a few days later no one contacted me so again i tried to contact them. another few days have passed and no one contacts me . so now im leaving this comment as my last resort since i am reaching the time limit to return this product. Worst customer service i have had so far..
