Toro 60-Volt Brushless Cordless Leaf Blower w/2.5 Ah Battery and Charger

I bought the Toro battery powered leaf blower to replace my gas blower that finally died. My wife has become a "regular" user of the new Toro to blow out the garage and blow leaves. She loves it because she doesn't need to fuel it and pull a rope to start it. I chose a Toro because I have a Toro Personal Pace mower and like it and the wonderful people at the local dealership.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish the turbo button wasn't a button meaning just have it full throttle that high and the throttle needs to be more sensitive meaning it's very hard to use anything but wide open but other than the very impressed more power then I thought it would have. It will keep up with milwaukee 18v for sure

Having past experience in the lawn and garden equipment business, I'm a fairly critical person when it comes to equipment used to maintain lawns and such. The Toro 60V DC driven cordless blower has an acceptable weight for the average man or woman to hold onto and carry, and the on / off trigger switch is located in a convenient spot in relation to the handle. The air velocity produced by the DC motor is excellent considering the fact that the blower is cordless. I already owned a Toro A/C blower that requires a long extension cord in order to operate the unit, and I find that the 60V DC cordless blower operates very close to the A/C unit, but with "NO CORD" to drag around. Toro also appear to be using a high quality materials for the manufacturer of this unit. I have several Toro products, and they all function perfectly, and are easy and convenient to maintain.

I do not have this model. I have a power sweep that is probably 20-25 years old. I was just using it and pleasantly surprised that it is still working good after all these years so I wanted to let toro know that I appreciate a quality lasting product. I googled the number on the side and found it that it is from 2000-2002 and was actually recalled. I guess I never got notified of that but it is still working good and I haven't lost an eye yet so thank you
