You want to get the battery and charger with the complete kit to save you money. That way you can purchase a couple of the attachments that are available. You'll already have the trimmer. You can get a edger, hedge trimmer, a pole saw and a tiller.

I was able to trim everything my house and still have half my battery life leftover . The battery recharged in about 25 minutes . I'm happy with the purchase and recommend this model over other cheaper units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] they stood behind their product , trimmer head cracked , labor and component were replaced at their expense . performs task well , very light easy to maneuver . lasts about an hour on normal grass , less if the weeds are knarly . charge time is in the one hour range . overall i am pleased with product .

The who didn't have the run time to complete it on I've charge. This toro doesn't even use 2 bars to complete it all. I especially like the two sites options. It helps give precise control. The trimmer is week made and assists it will give me years of service

This 60V String Trimmer has replaced both my gas and electric weed trimmers which I'll give away to the first person who wants them! This is so easy and convenient to use, even for a senior citizen with a big yard! The tap system for advancing the string is very smooth and consistent! Everyone should have one of these amazing trimmers! And it has various attachments available which I'm going to research!
