[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you expect from Toro. Effective, relatively easy to handle as a single user (6'4” 240lbs), definitely easiest with two people, though. Starts right up out of the box. Comes with oil for premixed fuel. Just need gas in 1 gal container.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a must if you need lots off holes. I needed one to dig holes for fencing and renting one for the number of days needed cost more than purchasing one. What a work horse, I ended up digging holes for 30 trees first. I was really surprised how well it did in my desert soil. Now on to the fencing great machine. Much better than my dog.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I purchased this tool. It comes in handy for my landscape/Fencing business and makes my work easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too heavy --good power and warranty --starts easily overall a good value for price paid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was difficult to start brand new out of the box. 30 pulls to start and its not operator error. It was taken to an authorized Toro service dealer and they replaced the spark plug and adjusted the carburetor. It still does not start right. I do not recommend this product - save yourself the frustrations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to put in some steel posts into the ground, to make it easier than hand digging. From the very begining it was hard to start a lot harder than any other gas powered engine that I have. When I did get it started it worked well, seemed to have adequate power for the 8" wide bit. I had drilled 18 holes, shut it off then went to drill my 19th hole and it was seized up. I can pull hard on the pull start cord, and it will only come out an inch or two, so I know that it seized up. I live in the UP of MI and there are no Toro repair shops nearby for the warranty work, so I have to wait until my next trip down state to have it serviced by one of their authorized dealers so the warranty will pay for it! Not happy at all!
Can't get replacement parts. The carburetor bolts keep backing out. It has decent power.
