Got it but not opened yet!!!
I have had various Toro products over the years, so when I needed a new leaf blower I bought a, you guessed it, a Toro. This particular one is very compact, light and a breeze to use. It is a perfect fit for cleaning off sidewalks and, in my case, a large deck. I would definitely recommend this blower and will buy one again if need be.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd one of this exact model Toro I've purchased. I am a very short senior lady with over an acre to maintain. I have more then 80 trees, so gathering leaves into piles for fire safety is quick and clean. I didn't even think of buying anything else.
Live in the woods FULL of mature Oak and Maple. We own 2 large blower/vacs which work very well. After a few hours of using the large blower/vac, my body hurts and I'm out of commission for a day or two. This product has 2 speeds & weighs less than 5lb (a dream to me). Powerful, easy to maneuver and as good as the big blower for removing leaves, twigs and dirt.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact it has 2 speeds. When I am close to the house I use the lower speed. The higher speed is powerful enough to handle my wooded back yard leaves in a fairly quick time. Light weight enough when I need to get on the roof. Perfect for medium jobs.
Like a lot of people, I'm guessing, for years I have used a gas leaf blower and was always skeptical of the electric blower. I am now 70 and my old blower was heavy and did not run well anymore, I wanted something lighter and decided to look at the electric one. I gave it a try and couldn't be happier! The two speeds are great and plenty of power for me. Not only do I user it for the lawn and leaves but also on my garage, shed, and house roof. The only change I would make would be adding more positive stops for speed switch control.
This is the second Toro I've purchased in the past 6 yrs. The first lasted 6 yrs and for me that is great. I would recommend this particular Toro leaf blower simply because it is durable as well as affordable.
I'm a lady, and at 80 years old,I needed a leaf blower that was light weight, and powerful enough to keep my porch and driveway clear of leafs and light snow. This TORO Sweaper has been great and I have told many of my friends who have bought the same exact one. TORO IS BY FAR THE BEST THERE IS.
I bought this to clean off our porch area and surrounding sidewalks. The grill, tables, chairs, etc. make sweeping the area a pain. This blower works really nice to quickly and easily clean the area. It's lightweight, easy to setup and use. The airflow is good enough to do what I need. It is corded so you have to deal with the cord, but the small hook near the plug makes it so it at least doesn't come unplugged if the cord snags. I got it for a good price and I'm happy with my purchase.
I purchased this electric blower to get away from lugging the heavy motorized ones around. This blower is great for cleaning up after mowing in a more quiet tone. Sidewalks and the driveway an easy task, so simple and never have to worry if it is going to start. I even blew out my gutters this fall because of the light weight and ease of use while on the roof. Tip: one must be careful of the electric cord while on elevated surfaces, it becomes a trip hazard.
