The first thing you get is the aroma, it is delicious smelling. The first thing I tasted is cherry and I'm normally not a huge fan but this was fantastic.

I really enjoyed this coffee. It has a great undertone of nutty flavor and has a smooth taste. Great smell as well. I would recommend.

Good clean flavor. Good flavor profile with a slightly nutty flavor. If you do v60, aim for a slower extraction time otherwise it is kind of sour. It is good either way.
