i used this tool to torque my screws or a scope I was mounting. It did fine at 25 foot pounds but when I went to torque the base at 50 foot pounds I couldn't get it to break. I don't know if I chickened out or if it wasn't going to work at that setting.

purchased this to mount optics and bases on some rifles. worked fine with no issues. would like to of seen some more bits.

Not really sure about this one. The instructions are almost nonexistent, and incomplete. When you set the tool by the numerical guide the moving gauge above it does not agree. When you dial up 20 ft lbs the reading shows between 25 and 30 ft lbs. too much difference to guess on with no instruction on which setting to follow. Will be returning. Other than that it appears well made and the tool assortment is adequate and the case is nice.
