It works great, gets cold or hot very quickly. The fans are strong and the battery last over 5 hours when on max cooling. Warning though it has a charging cable but uses the new international plug so if you don't have that jack you will need to buy one of those also.

My gf has a LOT of fans, i mean a LOT. She typically cycles through two or three neck fans and this latest one is by far her favorite. She loves not just the fan aspect but the cooling aspect and feels it works better than another one she has. She also likes that she can easily switch to heat and control and customize from the app on her phone.

This personal air conditioner has been a game changer for me. I work outside And this keeps me comfortable while I do my job.

For light activity or being seated this item works well on hot days, unfortunately the product does not work extremely well in my workplace which is very hot and active, the battery does not last very long also. (2-3hrs)

work great when your in the AC . not so good when outside .

Only 3 hour run before recharge is needed. Also, blows in only one direction, upward. Wish it would blow downward.

Not more than a fan. If you are in an office and just want to be cooler sitting at a desk then this is perfect! If youre workimg outside in the heat, this really wont make much of a difference

Not as good as advertised. Have another one that cost a third as this one that cools much better. Thought this o e would be an upgrade. Not worth the price!

Did not do much of anything. It blew room temp air out of the vents. Just an extremely overpriced personal fan

I find it inconvenient and inconsiderate that it did not com with a battery charger!
