Tortilla Press 8" (lg)

Used this to make over 300 tortillas in a day and it performed like a champ! For such a decent price, I'm sure it will last years.

I like the Norpro tortilla press very much because it does the job and does it well.. but also because of the way it is designed... the handle is made well.. the part of the handle that actually comes in contact with the top plate is made so that it comes in contact with the upper plate in 2 specific places in such a way that does not chip the metal off of the handle or the plate at the point of contact.... the imusa tortilla press that i bought first and then returned started chipping away the coating and the medal underneath the coating from the moment I first used it and continued with each try there after.... not exactly something you want happening around food.. there is only one point of contact on the imusa press on the handle and the upper plate .. very poor design and should be taken off the market .. redesigned and put back on the market... as for the norpro.. Im glad they got it right... love it... dont get me wrong.. I dont dislike imusa products.. just their tortilla press... I love their tortilla warmer container.. it works great...

I used to have a cast iron one. I like this one very much it is lighter in weight and works just as well.

This is easy to use and has recipes I just wish it had the recipe for flour tortillas though. I love it

Tortilla press is as described. easy to use and press corn tortillas. Recommend using plastic wrap or parchment paper and place dough ball in between when using the press. easy clean up.

I like the size of this tortilla press. It is quiet light weight and I have push quite hard to flatten the dough. I have never used another one, but I feel like it would work better if it was heavier. I enjoy making tortilla's with this press and it seems to work well.

i like the ease and the extra width size

This is advertised as a large tortilla press. The measurements start with 10.25". This is just your average 8" norpro press. The higher price and measurements, along with a title causing it to come up in a search for a 10 inch press, was misleading at best. The box even says it's an 8 inch press. Has been returned. Will not be buying from this seller ever again.

Doesnt flatten dough enough and you have to roll out your tortilla even after you use this press. It only gets you half way there.. not for flour tortillas.
