I'm a die-hard Straight Talk fan, but my husband prefers total wireless. I bought this card for his Total Wireless phone and his cellphone service is terrible. He always asks me why am I able to watch a lot of videos and he can't. I know that Verizon and Straight Talk have formed a merger and you'd think that would mean a customer would get the superb performance on any phone that carries their brand on it. You would be wrong. If you only use your phone for calls or texts than you're fine, but if you try to occasionally watch a video on total wireless than it buffers. We have always had problems with Verizon itself. We were one of the first customers to sign a contract for a Verizon cell phone and they didn't tell us that our phones would be on roaming when we were at home. It's not as if they didn't know our location was.out in the country, because we have a local Verizon store. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the convenience of being able to purchase it online, but if I was asked to give a review of the totality of it's service I'd have to give it a 1 star review . I feel bad for giving it such a low rating but I'm not going to lie about it. Sorry guys.

Paid for it online and have not received my minutes for my phone even though it showing it was delivered through the tracking. Its been 30minutes still no service i paid for.

Throttled data is completely useless to even load an email. I never use my hotspot yet get a text saying it's all been used once a month and 5g speeds are slower then 4g 10 years ago.

I payed and they didn't apply it .. I called and they said that I had to contact Verizon witch didn't answer do not buy better to buy in store

once i put the card on my phone it automatically changed my plan to slower data i had to call customer support to get my regular service back

sadly disappointed that i couod not use this card because my phone (total by verizon) did not accept esim and although the rep for total by verizon assured me it wouk, it did not and now i am out those $40 and i cannot use this card at all.
