I have had nothing but trouble with my account since the first time I attempted to add it to my account and when I finally did add it, my troubles continued. I will need to contact Total by Verizon customer service when I renew my service next month. They need to get their heads out of their back sides.

We accidentally the bought the wrong card online. it was a digital download. they were unable to issue a refund. $80 gone and we still had to purchase another card. so we literally just lost $80.

i purchased this online tginking i would ve avoe to use it onky to find that this company doesnt cover my area code and wont give me my money back? i threw ny money away why sell something sonewhere that it cant be used?? i will be taljing to sownone about this
