Good option for a 4 phone family plan. Prepaid on a monthly basis. 100gb is plenty for our family need. At home mainly on Wi-Fi. Verizon tower is no the best at home. Only one or two bars, with occasional drop calls. Otherwise, 3-4 bars. 5G network is good.
We were looking for a replacement phone for daughter who really wanted an iPhone. And also looking to add a line for our teenage son. TW had a great deal on iPhone XR and the bes deal we could find for family of 4. So we all switched to TW. 100 GB of data will be more than the four of us will use in a month. And the Verizon service will give us great coverage where we need it.
I was told that this service ran on the same as the largest network (which the guidelines state not to call out the name here). When I was previously on the larger network, I could get service anywhere, even the mountains. I went to the mountains this past weekend and was not able to use my phone - I had no service.
I was skeptical about purchasing because I've never used prepaid service. This device was easy to set up, the connection is strong and we are in a very rural area. It has been perfect for my school work and streaming tv/movies! I would definitely recommend!
Great deal, but be aware it may be a hassle to switch from another carrier. It took my father and I three hours because we got disconnected a few times. So far the plan has been working and the financial savings will hopefully be worth it.
totalwireless only used this on 1 line and cut the other 3 off. Customer service said it was supposed to have pins. its a direct top up. they said i have to buy more caeds for each phone
Definitely the best deal in prepaid wireless. We had straight talk but with 4 phones this made way more sense. Have had this plan for 5 years now and don't plan on ever switching companies.
Plan is fine. Monthly change over turns my phone off every time recently. Keep getting told it's system issues, but it's frustrating when you call the week before to confirm payment and plan still doesn't restart as it should on rollover.
I love that is so easy to buy just under your phone number and then pay but ever since they changed owners from total to total by Verizon our service has not been as good
It's a great deal for our family of 4. With a high school student, young working adult, and a husband who has to be on his phone constantly for work, we fair just fine with this plan.
