Great Value

Anonymous May 10, 2026

You need to call Total Wireless and read to them exactly what you bought. They want to treat this as a top up purchase but it is not. You purchased "$85 Unlimited 30-Day 3 Lines Prepaid Plan" tell them that. The sales rep will transfer you to tech rep. The tech rep will correctly configure the account.

60GB instead of 30GB is amazing!

Abioye Tela January 5, 2022

The plan is effective for my family, for four and a half years I've been on a two line plan and 30GB of data but that was insufficient until I switches to the $85 plan which now affords me the 60GB data option. As someone who loves to have data on the run, this is a great blessing. Plus the network is awesome.

$85 plan for up to 3 phone is plenty for my family

MatthewT April 3, 2022

The $85 dollar plan is 60 gigs for 30 days and works for up to 3 phones. I get 10 gigs of hotspot per line and am able to survive on it without home internet. I usually download what I want to watch because it saves much more data than streaming. I limit streaming on my smart tv to 1 or 2 movies per month. My children are able to watch a couple shows per day on their tablet by downloading them through the hotspot. Other devices connect easily and download quickly through the hotspot phones. The speed is faster than both of my parents home internets which is funny because they pay exclusively for their home networks.

Great plan. Many problems getting started.

DeerHunter4Life April 16, 2021

I was already a TW subscriber and was forced to add a plan for a new phone purchase. They attached the new plan to the new phone w/out giving me the option of using the plan in my current group. This messed up my current subscription, my online access and just made things difficult causing numerous hours on the with service to get resolved. Give me the choice of how to use the new purchased plan please.

Not really ready for prime time

Hope itimproves May 10, 2021

Suggest you be very patient with set up. It is finally working, but it took more than a dozen phone calls and more than 6 hours and several days on the phone. All the people are nice, but few knew how to get a phone turned on. Took almost two weeks to add the auto renewal function. Seems as though Verizon wants this to be as painful as possible, even thou they own this service.

Scamed out of$85

David October 19, 2025

I paid for this and put it in the "reserve" part of my account. Then when I called Total Wireless on Friday about my data ticker not showing the correct amount, the agent started tapping away on his end of the system trying to correct the data ticker. But instead of FIXING the ticker he simply caused my reserved card to VANISH! PLUS he didn't fix the data ticker on my TotalWireless app. He told me it was okay and that I needed to hang up and they would call me on Sunday at noon to see if the ticker was fixed and that my $85 card should be back on reserve. Sunday noon time came %26 went, so I called them at 12:30. I got a different person of course, but i gave them my ticket %23. I got even MORE of a runaround and finally was just told that nothing could be done with my case. I asked to speak with a higher up person but was told there was no one else available for my case. Then I asked, "So Im just out $85 and nobody will help me with anything?" She just said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do. She just kept repeating it and it got kind of strange. So I eventually just had to give up and accept it that TotalWireless STOLE $85 from me and refused to look into any solutions. I am forced to switch phone companies because of this, and I must warn everyone against buying prepaid cards through WalMart as they are not guaranteed and TotalWireless likes to quickly add them to your service KNOWING that this action cannot be reversed. It's quite a clever scam really.
