I recently moved and training card deck and holder were crushed in the move. I was so glad to be able to re-purchase them!
It is very easy to choose which exercises to everyday you decide to use your TotalGym.
Excellent cards. I love the coloring system. I can break up my days and not worry about missing any of my routine exercises. Thank you Total Gym!
The training plans included in the card deck are wonderful and provide a variety of exercises that make it easy to stay engaged
This should be included with purchase. The materials that come with the Total Gym aren't very good. Would have liked better attachment options. I had to purchase a hole puncher to use with my flip accessory. I was disappointed to see so few exercises with the leg pulley attachment. Otherwise, the cards themselves are pretty good. The color is good, illustrations are good, division between abs, arms, legs, etc are good.
Nice set but it does not fit on my Total Gym Supreme..
The card system is well laid out. Only complaint is the cards need to be better coated/laminated. Not sure how they will stand up to sweaty hands etc. For the price they should be properly protected to ensure longevity.
I find these cards to be very helpful for setting up my routine and I can change it around easily. But I find the price to be astronomical for what you get. The cards are fairly flimsy and it's just a plastic case.
I am glad I decided to purchase this deck to replace the spiral book that came with my Total Gym XL. This works much better.
Bought these mostly for poor eyesight as the dink photos in my programs are ridiculously small. However, cannot replace the stupid flip chart with this on the machine itself. The base pins are for the wide posts that are featured on the more expensive gyms which is duh to me as those gyms typically come with this deck. Was difficult to match these cards to the exercises in my XL7 programs but was able to come close. They like to change the names of exercises I have found. Not sure why the photo shows the pins. It does not come with pins except for on the bottom of the unit which means it wont sit flat on a table, etc. I use the packing styrofoam it came with as a base for this thing. I pull out the cards for the exercises I want and can clamp them to the flip chart board if I want or if only a couple, they will lean on it and not fall during workout. Serves my purpose but just beware if you want to replace your flipchart.
