Totally surprised AND delighted with this phone. Why have I been paying so much for other phones? It works great. The screen is clear, the battery lasts forever, it's perfect. I'm super happy with this purchase. I was totally hesitant about it. It seemed too good to be true. We bought it simply for our son to use over the wifi at the house. We do not plan to hook it up to use as an actual phone (I think it's locked to Verizon?). It works great for him. He watches a lot of YouTube videos and streams a lot of music. He wears his bluetooth-enabled headphones. ZERO problems.

I'm just getting used to it and have only activated it yesterday. I'm loving the large screen and the large keys make it so much easier for me. I'm 70 and it is hard for me to see the real small keys, so I'm happy I finally have one I can see. So far I love it and would recommend it for people who need a large screen.

I bought this phone because there was such a good deal on it and it had twice the storage that my old phone had. I have had it turned on for 2 days now and most of my apps downloaded on it...It's very hard to get used too!! A lot of things are different from my old phone that I have had for 6 years but I can already tell that once I get used to it that I am going to love it!! I already love the quality of the pictures that the camera takes!! It has so many features that my old phone didn't have that I don't know what they do yet but I can't wait to find out!! The funny thing is...that my Mother has this exact same phone and she is really happy with hers but she paid more than double of what I had to pay!! This phone is through Total Wireless and I have been with them for several years but I still got this phone cheaper by buying it from Walmart!!

It's a good phone for the value so far. But I admit I'm not a fan as of yet. My husband insisted I needed a new phone but my autism resists big changes and while I'm tech literate, newer tech frustrates my brain. It's much different usage wise than my moto g. Pretty standard, but when you've been used to a certain way of a phone looking and working, this is a change for sure... As i said, good phone, but make sure you're ok to change phone habits before you buy... just in case.

After owning this phone for a month or so, it deleted a lot of my contacts. The only reason I noticed was that one day my husband called (he calls every day) and it only showed his number, not his name. Then I looked at my messages and many had just a number with no name. Fortunately, I haven't wiped my old phone and am able to re-enter everything. Also, it randomly changes my phone settings which is EXTREMELY irritating.

Disappointed, don't understand the 5-star reviews. Very laggy, I mean seconds laggy, very poor camera - not worth saving the shot, again, laggy beyond anything I've seen since 2010. Video playback quality often very poor (varies and isn't fault of my service) lo-res - I'm talking 144p low. BT audio ok. This 4GB ram version should come with a warning - it's that inadequate. Software WANTS to perform but hardware won't allow it. The one speaker isn't bad, display is beautiful sometimes, OS rich controls, customization options. Nice looking, charges fast, good build, hand feel, battery ok. On sale for $49 and even at that price it's going back. If you're desperate, out of cash, and in a wheelchair this might work. For me, and I'm 72... disappointing and a waste of time.

Ordered this phone online. Was apprehensive about the "open box" issue, but thought the price was worth the risk. When it arrived, it was not in the manufacturer's packaging and did not have any of the information about the phone other than the owner's manual. Had a transfer cable, but no charging cable. Tried to activate it today and discovered it did not have a SIM card. Have just contacted the seller, but no response yet. So, the phone itself appears to be decent, but until I get a SIM kit and can activate and use it, I'm unable to determine how well it functions. One of those "buy at your own risk" situations when you purchase used or open box items.

The phone has factory issues with turning on the phone. I can push the button over and over and it doesn't turn on. It's faulty and poorly built and placed. Even the Home Screen the button is odd. Can't This phone was not worth the money. I really want to take it back and get my money back and get something better.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G for an added line on my account. I didn't research the product before purchased. This model has a defective internal charging port. It won't charge. My guy is disappointed of course, because this was for him. I've since read the reviews and even after being fixed, it has the same issue after about 6 months avoiding to customers that also bought this model😔. I think I'll buy him a different model of the Samsung Galaxy line. I'll check it the reviews first, this time. I'm very disappointed, since he didn't get to really use it. I do have a warranty plan, but they would probably replace it with the same model!

do not buy this phone, j have bought multiple ones lately that dk not work right. they are packaging refurbished phones there are too many that dont work right hope to get them taken back before the 14 days is up. it is frustrating moving everything over to the phone getting it activated then they dont work.
