Toto SW3074#01 C2 Tank Type Washlet Elong

Installation was very easy with good instructions. The 3' cord, electric, is on the left side of the Bidet, so had to run an electric line, with no issues. A bit of a learning curve on operation, but straightforward when using the step by step directions.

Luxury for all times of year, but especially in cold climates. I upgraded from a regular bidet toilet seat off Amazon and it is a huge change in quality of life to have a heated seat and heated water.

We were told the item would be delivered one day ahead of time on July 29. But it sat at a nearby storage in Ypsilanti and was delivered on July 30

It looked like the package was previously returned. It was a mess when I opened the package. There's no missing parts and I kept it. The product is very good and functions as expected. I found a very small chip (about 0.5cm) at the corner but it won't affect the function and overall looking. It is overall good product and I love it.

I really want to like this bidet, but I can't get over some things. The nozzle action/reaction is very slow. So you might as well hit the button before you are done so it will be ready. The warm water runs out pretty quickly. The nozzle does not extend far enough for the front wash. The water pressure is a little too soft. I do like the heated seat and the dryer.

Product was cracked. The company would not honor the warranty because of a major discrepency on serial number on toilet and the one on the receipt. I have no idea what caused this but it is a big problem

Not a brand new product as advertised. Item was supposed to be brand new, but in damaged packaging. However, the item had clearly been previously opened. The packaging looked perfect! Instead, the item was crushed INSIDE the packaging. Damaged beyond repair and I will be returning.

I didn't receive my package but the seller said it delivered. The seller refused to refund me and told me it's not their responsibility and I should contact ups to negotiate it. First time online shopping through Walmart and Ezee. Feeling really bad and annoying about my experience comparing with Amazon. Don't recommend anyone to buy anything through this platform or seller.

I received an item that someone else had clearly used and returned - the plastic was extensively scratched, dirt had gotten into some of the scratches in a way that wouldn't come out, and there was even someone else's shipping label still stuck to the box (in addition to mine). Not only is this not what I would expect when paying $300 for an item, but super gross that I received a *used toilet seat*, covered in other people's bathroom germs.

Received broken previously returned unit, it has a huge crack and broken off piece thrown in the box, and on the outside of the box it had returned sticker and other shipping labels attached.
