Perfect Costume!
This costume was absolutely PERFECT for my 15 month old. EVERYONE raved about it, and said he wins best costume of the year. We did not use the wig because I didn't like it and my child screamed when I put it on his head. I bought green hairspray (from wal mart for like $1.50) and also white face paint crayons to do his eyebrows. It turned out super cute!
