My son received one for his birthday and I loved it so much that I got one for myself, one for a friends birthday and one for my son in law. It is exactly as stated, extremely durable, charges up quickly when plugged in for recharge, lasts long when recharging your phone or iPad. The solar is great also but as it clearly states, the solar is not a quick charge. That is not a problem, when I'm not using it, I just leave it in a bright place (NOT direct sun as with any charger or phone it could overheat) and allow it to soak in the solar so it's always charged. I have a camper and alot of times I am not in an area that has power so this is perfect for me. It is one of the best chargers I have had and am very pleased with it. I would recommend it to anyone. Tough Tested is hands down one of the best companies out there. I had an issue with an old product and they helped me out with no issues. I have had a rough couple years and PTSD so for me it's the little things in life that make me happy and they managed to do that. Thank you guys so much. I will never by another power bank unless it's from you guys.

During last hurricane, my older TT battery pack was awesome! Loaned to a neighbor to charge her phone & hearing aids, eyeballs this one and added to my emergency backup kit. Love the trickle charging via solar panels.

Great materials and quality, durable and the solar panel work perfect if you are doing any outside activity like hiking or camping.

Gotta say when I first received the product the 1st thing that blew me away was the weight. This baby feels unreal in hand when you look at the size and shape. It charges fast and charges your equipment faster. My only gripe would be that if you don't lay your equipment over the wireless face just right or hit the power button you won't get a charge.

Worked Only for a week and A half. Funny , I was loving the product, it would charge my iPhone an Air Pods all day at work. I don't understand why it won't turn on anymore. Maybe I got the defective one from the bunch?? I bought it cause I need a power bank because I wanted to use it for my travels.

I was deploying to Iraq and needed something tough and saw this at the PX in Kuwait U.S. Base. I was super excited about the solar charge & wireless charging & flashlight as I would need all of those functions a lot as I would be in a 20 man tent. Unfortunately about 3 weeks after purchasing and only using it once it died and won't charge. I gave it two stars because it's still a great idea and could really be great for many in a deployed status but it just needs to work. Keep pushing forward on this though ToughTested team. Semper Fi

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband on 12-20-2019.PART NAME: TT-PBW-10C. He was super excited because he has always been envious of my Toughtested charger. Charged it up, but it did not work at all. Filed a warranty claim and was sent a replacement, which worked only for a short time. I feel terrible because he has barely been able to use his gift. I just filed a second warranty claim. Hopefully, TT will replace it with a different model this time. One thing that I noticed about this particular model is that the power button placement is terrible. It is on the side and not covered with rubber. It is way too sensitive and very easy to bump. This means that when you put your phone+charger in a bag to charge, the power button will turn itself off and your phone will not be charged when you need to use it. This model is far from tough. I can't comment on the wireless charging or the solar aspects of this model because just getting it to do the job via regular USB has been such a task in itself. Toughtested has so many great products-this is just not one of them. Buy any other model-just don't buy this one. I use TT-PBW-SW24 every day, it has been much better.

The usb charging portal broke off after 1.5 months of use and now I can't use it to charge anything. Useless paper weight now.
