Very good Holster, I did cut the buckle off...... No need for it on there. Holds my cell phone with a protective cover on it very well.

The case itself seems very strong and the clip to hold the case shut is metal and seems really tough. The case is decent sized for my pixel 3 XL with otterbox case and fits snugly, but I would assume with time it will stretch a little and the phone will fit great. There are two issues that I do already see as potential problems with time: 1. The metal clips are strong and hold the case shut, thus holding your phone in the case great, but they are held onto the case with very cheap stretchy material, so I am just waiting for one of the clips to tear off. 2. the belt clip is made of plastic, and the plastic isn't tough plastic, it bends under pressure and, again, I am just waiting for the day when it breaks because my case gets caught on a seat belt or something else. But for now it is 5 stars and a nice case. Just waiting to see how long it will truly last. I went through an otterbox belt clip every 3 months.

I put a case and screen protector on my phone, so it wouldn't fit in most phone holsters. The Tough Tested 3xl is perfect. They AREA tough, but I can still wear one out after about two years. I just replaced my previous one. Please never quit making them.

Fold my Zfold with a leather wallet case. It also has a inside pocket for credit cards. The belt clip holds very secure. Can't fall off accidentally. The closure has a magnetic attachment but also adds a metal fast clip which prevents accidental opening. Very secure.

As a long time customer of TT phone cases, I am disappointed with this case. I have for years used the TT-Rugged case and loved it. I needed a new one and found ONLY 1 case available on the TT website, the 3X Holster case. This case has a plastic belt clip not metal like the Rugged. It also has no secondary attachment point. I work heavy highway construction and structural steel. With the rugged case my phone was always clipped to my safety harness with the carabiner clipped on so when I was moving, even if it slipped off the belt clip it still was attached by the carabiner. The 3X holster has no way of achieving that redundant factor. If all you are looking for is a case to clip on your belt to go from your home to the office then the 3X will suffice but if you are looking for a case that will stay attached to your person while working physically demanding jobs, this is not it

So the case is awesome, the elastic pieces on the side wear out and break quickly, I mean for me over the period of 4 months.
