Well designed and works great Directions could be improved but mostly common sense assembly. Also adding another 2 wheels and it would be perfect.

Product is well made, light and easy to use. My only negative comment is not with Walmart, rather the instructions provided in the box were not that clear. But I found some videos online that helped me assemble the product.

Great option
This basic caddy works well. I recommend it for anyone who prefers a caddy that is lighter weight and more affordable than a metal one. It's not as sturdy as a metal caddy but it seems sufficient and so much easier to carry to the courts and load in and out of the car.

Better than expected.
I thought this looked too small to hold 46 balls, but yes indeed, it holds that many. Works great, just what I wanted. Only complaint is that they say it takes 10 minutes to put together. Took me about 45 minutes. Maybe I'm slow.

Works great!
I used my old tennis ball hopper until the handles become loose. This plastic version is great, has wheels on it, and is lighter. Balls do pop all the way out of the basket when basket is empty, a little annoying, but can be accommodated. I thought it was missing the bottom piece when assembling but it just has rods at the bottom instead of the plastic like the sides.

Did a lot of research before purchasing this item, just wished I would have received this item, not the tennis version of this item

Performs as Advertised!
The Tourna Pickleball Ballport hopper is a game changer. It performs as advertised and holds 45 to 50 pickleballs. It easily picks up balls off the court as they slide through the bottom into the hopper. It really saves my back! I'm able to flip the arms around so it stands up. Then I can grab balls out of the hopper and get more playing done.

Does the job
Solid construction. I wish they made the bottom rods a bit thinner to let the balls pick up easier. Also, not the easiest to pour the balls out--into a ball machine or pail. They could change that easily in the construction.
